Really cute but Nordstrom rack cancelled order
Found an XS in store (so cute!!) but felt it was a bit small for me. So I ordered a bigger size. The next day I got an email saying my order had been cancelled and refunded (without me requesting this) - and a customer service agent confirmed this happens when there actually isn’t stock left but the website hasn’t been updated? Very strange…and disappointing business practice.
