Blossom Eyelet Top

This is a lovely top, that fits well (even though I am broad shouldered and long-waisted, so normally these things are too short for me.) When I was in the store I pointed out that there seemed to be a few threads floating around, which is always a concern when there are so many buttons on a garment. She assured me that everything was fine.. for some reason she kept repeating that it came out of a packet, which seemed to imply that there was nothing wrong with the sewing. (The assistant was actually very lovely and helpful, so I'm not blaming her, but...) When I got home and tried it on again, one of the buttons fell right off, and one of the clasps (that close the front of the garment) was loose and is hanging by half the threads. I will have to stitch these on myself. So just keep an eye out for quality when you are buying it. Otherwise, the fabric and design are really lovely.
