Quality Frank and Eileen
This is a quality cotton Frank and Eileen blouse. It is a switch from a standard women's shirt in that the buttons are on the other side. So it might be considered gender neutral. The fit is flattering and I wear it not tucked in. I was a size down and bought the medium. Price is good and the color is so nice.
