Workhorse
This shirt style (unfinished hems and edges) will either become a favorite piece or you will dislike it. The cut, fit and fabric quality are stellar and I became a fan from the second I tried my first one on. I’m large busted and love how none of the “Eileen” shirts gape across my the bust. F&E has a great tutorial on their website explaining the fits of the various shirt styles they offer, the “Eileen” is a relaxed fit and one of their bestsellers. I use mine constantly for air travel (as a shacket) or as a layering piece in winter. The cons are the steep price and pet hair and lint stick to this fleece like any other. To me, there is so much good, especially when you catch these on sale.

Luxuriously cozy
I typically wear a small, sometimes medium size in other brands, with the F&E “Eileen” style an XS gives me a slightly relaxed but put together fit. It’s such a good fit and so cozy it almost feels bespoke. There is absolutely NO gaping across the bust (I’m a 36DDD) and the sleeve length is perfect for my short arms. The finish quality is great. Secure, tight buttonholes sound like a small thing but so many shirts come undone with any kind of movement. These don’t. Yes, F&E is hideously expensive. I can only justify it with the knowledge that I will enjoy this shirt for years to come.

Odd fit
It was very long and narrow on me. Also quite bulky which limited mobility. Did not fit like a comfortable shirt. Also quite pricey.

Lovely Color & Fabric
The color is just a beautiful blend of muted rusty/red that has such a rich appearance. A bit loose in fit but not sloppy at all. It’s an elevated take on a sweatshirt that will allow you to feel put together in casual fashion. Made of a upscale fabric this shirt will be a staple for many years.
