not even close to wide
labeling these as "wide" is a joke. the strap is way too tight and the midfoot is so narrow that half
my foot isn't even on it.

very comfortable
These sandals are so comfortable - wore them for the first time all evening at a wedding. The leather is very soft and the heel height is perfect for me. Highly recommend.

Not for me.
These sandals were not for me, I cannot wear open heal sandal, my foot slips off the platform. These were not comfortable at all for me. There is nothing wrong with the craftsmanship of these sandals, just not for me. I am 70 years young, wear a 6.5, and like a little height, these would have worked for that, but no support on the heal was not good for me. I have other Franco Sarto shoes that I love.
