This dress surprised me...
The fabric of this dress has a wonderful drape! It makes you look slimmer and more streamlined in a way that’s hard to explain. Plus, the vibrant colors and the overall craftsmanship make it a piece well worth buying and wearing. Only, I wouldn't recommend it to women with very heavy arms, simply because the puffed sleeve adds bulk.
