package was sent a wrong address
I wish I knew how nice or not these shoes are. Unfortunately, Nordstrom Rack sent them to a defunct address and would not forward another package (or that package) to the correct address even though it was their fault. Beyond that, the customer service person who was helping me hung up on me.
