I received a whole different boots. I read a few reviews with the same issue, didn’t think it’ll happen to me, but it did. I got them on sale, so unfortunately I cannot return them.

Ordered twice, never got!
I received a solid black boot, not snakeskin. Customer service reordered and the second pair were solid black and not snakeskin either. I returned the first pair and decided to not reorder a third time in fear that the snakeskin will never arrive.

Comfortable Boots
I wore these boots all day at work and later to evening event afterwards with no problem. The calf width was perfect for me, with no gap. I do however have slightly above average calves due to my years of health running . It is a bit plastic looking but I can accept it. Was super inexpensive on sale so if it doesn't last forever then it's no big deal

Wrong Item Twice
Ordered the snakeskin style and received the matte black leather. Tried to reorder the snakeskin hoping to get the correct item and still received the matte black leather! Ended up returning both.
