Leggings weren't tight
I'm normally a 28, and this Size 1 is supposed to be for sizes 25-29 but they're big on me. I like my leggings tight, like I assume most people do. The 0 would have worked better I assume. Sadly they're way too long too, so they'll be returned and not exchanged for the right size.
