Super cute but baggy
I got a 27 (5 '3",l 125 lbs) and they are big. They are cute but I think baggy looks a bit too "bum". I will keep an eye out for a 26.

HUGE maybe mismarked?
I’m 5’6” 145 lbs/curvy-athletic build, and can sort of still wear most of my 29” skinny jeans after three kiddos. Trying to modernize my wardrobe to look less 40-something. :) I received these today and they are HUGE. I would have to size down to at least a 27 so that they don’t fall down. Not sure if I’ll take the risk of ordering again or just see if I can try them on at a Nordstrom nearby…
