Runs large for me, especially in the waist
I really like the style shown in the picture, but I can't tell if these can actually fit this way in real life since they run veeery large for me, especially in the waist. I usually wear 27 or sometimes 26 and even the 26 was visibly too loose at the waist. Might still try another size down if it becomes available. Since these weren't the right size I won't speak much to the overall construction, but so far these don't appear quite as high-waisted and I'm not sure if they're a good cut for an hourglass-type figure since the waist doesn't seem to be taken in enough compared to the hips. Otherwise, they're almost black as pictured and the denim is nice and heavy, I don't think there's much stretch.
