Embroidered Maxi Skirt

I hesitate to call this a scam, but the misleading advertising should not be normal. First of all, this isn't the size advertised. It says it's a 2X, which is what fits me in pretty much every other clothing item I've ever bought. However, this wasn't only small, but so small I couldn't even get it over both legs. The band is not stretchy all around for some reason, only about half of it is stretchy and the other half is just a solid piece of fabric (??? WHY???). Also, it's not 100% cotton and has a polyester lining, which is AWFUL for breathability and general welfare (it also smells terrible out of the box). To add insult to injury, the stitching quality was terrible with loose threads everywhere. Absolutely not worth the $40 I paid, even if it had fit. This kind of false advertising should be illegal. I will be returning this item for a refund.
