Picture is misleading ... dress is open back

I purchased the dress for work but it will now serve as an event dress. The dress is open in the back. You can't tell that from the picture because of the tie in the back is covering the back. The dress isn't the problem but the representation is.

Cute dress but is backless!

I should have read the review of this dress before purchasing since the person who wrote it was spot on--this dress is completely open in the back, and that is not apparent as per the picture or the description. The dress itself is so cute, but I can't wear it this way for modesty reasons, so I have no choice but to return it.
