Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware: Unresolved Issue with this Third-Party Seller on The Rack I ordered 8 dresses of theirs from The Rack, but only 1 was delivered. I provided video evidence of the UPS package contents, yet The Rack refused to mediate or refund my $440 loss. This experience was deeply frustrating and unacceptable. The Rack must strengthen its policies to hold third-party sellers accountable and protect customers. Shop with caution on this platform!
