Chukka Boots returned by the store
I orderee these boots, never received an email confirmation that they were shipped and ready for pick up and the store supposedly returned them without make the first attempt to contact despite having ALL of my contact information. I'm extremely disappointed in Nordstrom Rack fot this and after speaking with an employee and supervisor was informed that they would not be offering anything for this major inconvenience and failure of their internal processes. Needless to say I will not be shopping where I'm no longer appreciated especially in these challenging economical times....
