I spotted this skirt in-store. I wear a L in skirts. When I tried it on, it rested below my belly button and had loads of fabric. I ordered a SM online. It fitted just right. I'll be rocking this with my black cowboy boots, jean jacket and turtleneck sweater vest. By the way, aren't those anonymous, 1 star, no review so helpful?
