L go for 9-10. I wear size 9, and it is just right. if you wear 10, go with XL

Nice slippers but Poor foam quality
I gave it a 3 star because it's a nice pair of slippers. After a couple fo hours of wearing them, I was feeling the hard sole of the slippers and my feet hurt. I weight 152 pounds! I will not recommend.
