Received a Refreshed Device
When I ordered, there was no indication the NuFACE fix I would receive or was ordering was a refreshed device. Had I known, I would’ve purchased elsewhere as it wasn’t that much cheaper and I’d rather have a new device with the usual warranty period for the cost, so the product listing is misleading. It seems to work fine for now but there’s really no way of knowing if the microcurrent is working. With the regular NuFACE trinity or mini you can feel the shocks more if the primer dries up whereas this one you can’t which I assume is because it’s smaller and the Fix but again being refreshed would love to know it actually is working.

Device Never Turned On
I was so excited to find this device as I have other NuFACE devices which are great. Unfortunately, I haven’t even been able to turn on this Fix device one time to use. I’m greatly disappointed in this purchase.

Did not work out of the box
I just received this device, and when I plugged it in to charge it, it did not work. There were no lights, no pulse, as stated in the instructions, just nothing. I don't know who checks their refurbished products, but they did not do a good job with this one. Now, I am stuck with a device that does not work, and I am out of the money I spent because it's a final sale item. I am highly disappointed.
