What it is: A daily cleanser that's gentle enough for sensitive and blemish-prone skin.
What it does: The cleanser helps remove makeup, dirt and SPF, leaving skin soft and supple. The cleanser is nonstripping and pH-balanced to effectively cleanse the face and maintain the skin's natural acidity to keep sensitive skin happy. Its creamy lather leaves skin feeling soft and supple, not dry or tight.
Key ingredients:
- Aloe: a botanical that helps calm, soothe and nourish skin
- Allantoin: a soothing agent that calms skin
- Glycerin: a natural humectant that helps hydrate and smooth skin's appearance
How to use: Dampen the face and dispense a small portion of cleanser onto fingertips. Delicately massage into all zones of the face. Remove with a washcloth or a splash of water. It is recommended for daily use in the morning and at night.

works great for me
The new formula works better for me. I have a hard time finding products that don't break me out or irrate my skin. I've had no issues since starting, my skin looks and feels clean, no redness. The old formula actually irrated my skin and I had stopped using it. Glad this works for me now

Why I am not using this brand anymore
I had used this product for years! Never had an issues my skin never looked for felt better and never broke out! I have dry and sensitive skin so it hard to find a cleanser that works for my skin! They changed the formula, so thought I could give it a try! I have been loyal to this company for 11 years! My face had been constantly breaking out with pimples now! I wish they could go back to the original formula! Not this new one! I am now on the hunt for a new cleanser and I don’t even know where to start because my skin is so sensitive and dry!

Great for sensitive skin!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really enjoying the first aid beauty ultra gentle cream foam cleanser. It’s so gentle on my sensitive, rosacea prone skin and doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped or dry after cleansing. I also really appreciate how it’s fragrance free because my skin tends to react to scented products. A foams up nicely. I also like how the pump can be locked, which makes it super convenient to throw in my gym bag and take on the go. Overall, a really simple, gentle cleanser that my skin really likes.

Just regular lather, not foam. But a good cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this cleanser and have been using it every day for a few months now. I did wake up with a bunch of tiny zits after the first night I used it, but it hasn’t happened since so I don’t know if it was related. It feels gentle and I have pretty sensitive skin so it’s worked well. I don’t wear a ton of makeup, but it’s actually done well to remove most of it.
I don’t know that you can call a normal lather “foam” but it’s not some sort of crazy tech - just a cleanser that lathers up with water. I don’t know that it’s worth the price, it is a pretty small bottle and not any better than any other gentle cleansers I’ve used in the past

Could be better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleansing is gentle with colloidal oatmeal + glycerin, but it didn’t help me with breakouts or clogged pores and just sat on top of my SPF instead of removing it.* Packaging is simple and the pump works fine, plus it’s hygienic for daily AM/PM use. Longevity is decent for 6oz, but the value feels low since it didn’t help me.
