I am typically a size 10-12, so I ordered the size 12 (fits like a 14) since this runs small. I had to zip it up at my rib cage and then pull the skirt down. My curvy girls will know: this mini skirt does the flip out under the butt. Sadly a return.

This is super cute and sexy, but be aware that it's short and definitely runs small. I'm 5'5 and 117lbs athletic build, got a UK 6 / US 4 / fits like 0-2. It fits like a true 2. It's short and tight enough to be clubwear (which is what I wanted!). You might get away with sizing up by 1 size if you want it to be more modest, but I haven't tried.
