Soft, stretchy material
This dress is really cute, it’s soft and the material is stretchy. If you are between sizes the smaller size may fit if you carry weight in your hips/rear. Size up if your weight is mostly in your upper half. My only issues with the dress is the off the shoulder material doesn’t seem to stay put when wearing, moving around. Activity will be restricted and you cannot wear a jacket. Hard to tell from the picture but it is a fold over for the ruffled part over shoulders.

Cute but NO!!!
This dress is very cute and flattering but sadly it did not stay off the shoulders for me. It slides up with any movement. I thought about investing and taking it to get altered but after paying $350 for the dress I didn’t want to spend more. Sadly, I returned it because of that issue. I wish it stayed in place because it is a great dress!
