AWFUL Scratchy and unflattering

I purchased this dress in two sizes because I so wanted to wear it to a wedding this summer. Absolute failure. It is stiff, the sleeves are ridiculously puffy and the material is scratchy. The color isn't great either. Just awful execution of a dress.
