Disappointed!
I am so disappointed in this sweater and can’t believe the original price was $600 from a luxury brand. It’s actually cheap junk. The yarn is bulky but the knit is so loose that you can see right through it. The yarn does not feel quality at all. And now I have to pay $10.00 to send it back.

Cute but too itchy for the price. It does run small. I’m usually an xs but wanted it to fit a bit oversized so I got the small, for the right look I need a medium. But it’s just too itchy :(

Another unfortunate shipping error
I never received the sweater - had it mailed to my PO Box with USPS and Nordstrom is claiming that it was never picked up by the Postal service. They said the sweater was at the warehouse and they created a label but it wasn’t picked up. I told them to contact the warehouse and have it shipped again and I will call the post office - then the person said they can’t find out which warehouse it was at - really with all the tech today ? I’m am so sick of the sloppy customer service at The Rack - it’s just really awful. And I’m out of the sweater since the brown color is no longer available. Sounds really suspicious that the sweater just vaporized and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was stolen internally- what a great con - blame it on the post office. I’m over The Rack.
