Bungled
This order was initially shipped to the Glendale Rack for reasons unknown. You describe the shirt as ‘heather’ (accurate) but the online description is ‘Navy Blue’ (inaccurate). The picture above would suggest that the shirt was white, or off-white (inaccurate). Fortunately, the return was handled expeditiously as only Nordstroms can.
