love but lower quality than expected
I am a Cinq à Sept loyalist and this is thinner and lower quality than I expected. Still keeping because it’s 100% my style but wish the outer layer was higher quality.

Damaged again!
I like this jacket, but the first one had a big ole snag in the hoodie, so I returned and reordered. I received the new one, and there's a black mark on the shoulder! Unbelievable! Why are you shipping damaged merchandise? A good deal is one thing, but unwearable and damaged is quite another. I'm not sure if I can trust the Rack anymore, especially with two strikes. 5 stars for the jacket and 1 star for the Rack. What a shame.
