A baggy frumpy look
I wanted to like this dress, I tried it in two sizes to be sure. It is short-waisted so unflattering on me because the blousy effect doesn't work on a long-waisted person. The adjustment cords on the side add width. The armholes are also very low cut. If you are ok with bra showing, fine, but I'm not. Returning both dresses.
