I purchased a Queen Medium set of these pillows. I was impressed by the quality and the cotton has a nice cotton feel. I am returning them because they are a bit too soft. I fluffed them up in the dryer with dryer balls, but still found they were too flat. If you are looking at these, you may want to consider going up to Firm.

I would recommend for someone looking for better basic pillows of good ...
Pillows are a little bigger than standard. They're fluffy but not too fluffy where they're hard to sleep with. I would recommend for someone looking for a soft down pillow of good quality.

Firmness between soft and medium.
I've slept on these pillows for three nights now. I like them. I like a soft pillow that doesn't hold your head too high. So far this seems just right. As far as firmness I would say it's between a soft and medium. The real test will be how long they stay that way.
