Set of 4 White Windowpane 100% Cotton Dobby Gel Filled Side/Back Sleeper Pillows

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. The Windowpane 100% Cotton Dobby Gel Filled Side/Back Sleeper Pillows are intentionally designed with a higher loft to support side and back sleepers, particularly those who need additional neck and shoulder support. As you noted, this style can feel too thick for some sleepers, especially if you prefer a lower-profile pillow.

The pillows arrive vacuum sealed for sanitary and shipping reasons, which is standard for bedding products. Once opened, they expand to their intended shape and loft, which is accurately reflected in the product description and images.

Regarding returns, all return policies are set and enforced by the retailer. Nordstrom Rack’s policy may differ from other retailers, especially once an item has been opened or used. We recommend contacting Nordstrom Rack directly for clarification on their in-store return requirements.

For future customers, we encourage reviewing the loft and sleep-position details carefully to ensure the pillow style matches your preferences before opening.
