Disappointed
I purchased a four pack of Ella Jayne king overstuffed pillows four years ago. They were great for sleeping on my side and held up well. I ordered these hoping they would be overstuffed like my old ones. They were not and they were double the price. I shipped them back for return this am.

Not for back sleepers - not returnable
These pillows are quite thick and definitely not comfortable for either me or my husband. Maybe they would be okay for a slide sleeper with broad shoulders. They arrived vacuum sealed in tight rolls, so you don't get to tell their shape or how soft or firm they are without cutting open the vacuum seal, which of course is very necessary for a pillow, so I cut one open. That's when I discovered they are too thick. I tried to return them in store, but they told me I couldn't because I had opened one. I showed them the item page that says they're returnable and does not say anything about not opening them. Do not buy these unless you are 100% sure you will keep them because you will have no idea how they feel without opening them. Nordstrom Rack should be much more transparent about the conditions of the return policy.

Stays cool
I’m a hot sleeper. I ordered a different one of these gel pillows from somewhere else and it wasn’t cotton so it was sticking to my face when I slept on it. I feel like this one breaths well and doesn’t get sticky or sweaty because it’s cotton. I’m definitely getting better sleep now.
