Flat pillows
I found these pillows to be very flat and not supportive for the average sleeper. I opted to put them in shams instead and they don’t look good or even fill up the shams properly. I do not recommend.

Soft and supportive
These pillows are so soft and supportive of my neck but also pliable at the same time because they aren’t over stuffed. I love that I get 4 because we like a lot of pillows on the bed. I can switch them around and use different ones when I am washing the other set. I am comfortable sleeping on my back, side, stomach and any other way I end up!
