Floral Ruffle A-Line Dress

I bought this dress for a bridal shower in August as a guest. I’m 65 years old and 5 ft 2 inches tall, 138 lbs. This dress is very flattering with the tiered ruffles on the skirt part of the dress. The top part of the dress you can wear it smooth and tight or a little blousoned. I chose the latter. They didn’t have petite so I ordered a size 12. I was in between a 10 and a 12. I chose the 12 because the waist was more forgiving if you have a little bit of a bulge. The pink is a pretty soft pink not too pale and not bright, very tasteful print! I highly recommend this dress because it’s very comfortable and looks good on and skin tone or body shape! Beautiful dress for the money! Alterations on the hem made all the difference on the look if you’re short! Nothing else had to be altered. The armholes are comfortable and the sleeveless part on the shoulder is in a good spot. The fit of the dress is very nice!

This material is so pretty and dress is very flattering. However, the top part adds inches to your bust. If you want to add this, go for it but I wanted this for a family wedding. Not interested in making my chest look 4 inches bigger. I hated to return it but I would not be comfortable so I had to.
