Pleated A-Lined Midi Skirt

I don’t know where to start here… the color is great but the fabric is super thin and there is too much fabric making the skirt look exceedingly bulky on your frame. It’s not so much a pleated skirt as it is “gathered”. And the fabric is so thin that the skirt lacks structure. It just isn’t flattering so it’s going back!

I love the color of this skirt, but don't love the large amount of fabric gathered to create the pleated look. I usually love pleated skirts and find them very flattering, this one has too much fabric which ends up looking bulky. If I stretch this skirt out, I can fit 3 more people inside it with me. I ordered a small. I'm 5'8, size 4, 135 pounds. I didn't mind how thin the material is because it feels feminine and delicate. I'm going to pair this with a bulky sweater to see if it works before I decide to return. It's a beautiful skirt overall, I would recommend sizing down.
