Dynamic Resurfacing Night Cream

Many of the ingredients that make this so nourishing and hydrating are also comedogenic. All was well until I started breaking out about three weeks in. I plugged these ingredients into online comedogenic search sites and learned that there are a few things here that can cause breakouts. Among them is shea butter. If you’re a person who breaks out or has combination skin, I would be careful. I will not be able to tolerate anything except water based moisturizer for a while now, but I’m not sad. There are some great lightweight moisturizers out there, so don’t be discouraged.

After the single, absolute first time I used this phenomenal Elemis product, I saw a significant and immediate difference the next morning in my skin. My pores were smaller, it annihilated stubborn small blemishes by my hairline that seemed impervious to anything, my skin had a noticeably smoother and more even texture, my skin was softer and all around felt and looked more nourished, hydrated, enriched, and improved. I already adore Elemis and had high expectations but this exceeded them by far. I would say it’s the best night cream I’ve ever used, buts it’s *so* much better, it cannot even be compared to your average “night cream”. Plus, there’s no weird smell, I had no burning, tingling, redness or discomfort, and it followed through on every claim made. If you’ve been considering this, stop considering and buy it! It is simply an ~astonishing~ product in a brand already known for high quality products that deliver.

It sinks in and leaves my skin feeling smooth and nourished. The Elemis sleeping mask goes on top of this and when I wake up my skin looks refreshed.

I first received this in a set that I mostly bought for the Dynamic Resurfacing Cleanser, but I was the most impressed by this product. I have *really* oily skin, and in the past, I've gotten some nasty acne breakouts. It's such a change to apply this on at night and to wake up with skin that feels SO good - so smooth, so hydrated, and so comfortable. This is going to be a permanent part of my skincare program.
