Too long
I’m 5 feet 5 inches tall and 111 pounds. I ordered a white in size small. The problem is the length. This is a very inexpensive skirt for the beach and at my height I would need to get it shortened about 4-5 inches. It’s dragging on the ground. The value of the skirt is not worth alterations. It’s also definitely see-through. Ok for a beach cover-up but not as a skirt. It’s also horribly wrinkly. I’m returning it. My waist is 25 inches and the waistband just fits. It is stretchy but I’d size up to medium if you are over 27 or 28 inches.

It was a shock to me to find out on my receipt that this was a final sale. The clerk who checked me out, did not mention it there was no notification on the price tag, and I didn’t realize it was final sale until I looked at my online receipt. This is unacceptable.
