The pants I received are NOT wool!

Customer service was poor for these pants which I sent back once and now will again because the ones I received were not 100% virgin wool as described but Tencel/Nylon/Spandex. I’m sure I’d have lived in the wool ones. But I don’t want these. I already talked with the customer service folks and they promised me the right pants the second time. Wrong.
