This dress is not stretchable so it SHOULD NOT be sized down. The advice given to ALWAYS size down for EF clothes is listed automatically without regard to the type of fabric.
This color Sangria is beautiful. However, the material is not soft/silky even though it’s silk. It is rather stiff and lacks drape.

Great Dress, Different Color
This is a flattering & travel friendly dress. It can be dressed up or down, very lightweight. I’m going to belt it. That said, mine which I just received, isn’t the hyacinth as shown, it’s turquoise, deducted a star for wrong color.
