Very Bad experience with the online Rack..
ordered these pants in small, but they were big, so I tried XS. I usually wear a medium or even a large. The XS worked well. (after 3 pairs ordered online)The problem is the first XS I received was obviously worn and returned, had no label, and seemed like they had been washed. Even smaller after shrinkage. Definitely used and returned !! I returned them to the Phx store in Desert Ridge, Phx. I ordered a second pair, they were shipped, and I received the exact same pair of used pants!!! They were shipped from the Desert Ridge store, Phx. I had to return them a second time. How unprofessional of Nordstrom Rack. Not sure I can ever trust buying online from Nordstroms rack again. When I returned the item and told the manager what happened, the manager just stared at me as if it was my fault for ordering a second time!! WOW!!
