Very thin but lovely
This sweater is VERY thin and fairly sheer. I ordered it (and I’m keeping it) in both colors, but this is not going to keep you warm in fall/winter. I’m wearing it layered over a cami in summer in San Francisco, and it’s perfect for this weather. Minus one star for being nearly see-through. It looks more substantial in the photos.

wow, poor quality
This is becoming a trend with Ilene Fisher during the Nordstrom anniversary sale… I love the cut of this sweater and have it in several different colors. When I saw that this style was in the anniversary sale. I thought it would be a great opportunity! I have been skeptical over the quality of many brands that participate in this sale, especially over the last several years. It has become somewhat of a gimmicky sort of sale rather than an item of true quality from notorious brands. Mind you, I love Eileen Fisher, and it is the vast majority of my wardrobe, but this item definitely falls into what has become the dissatisfactory products of the Nordstrom anniversary sale. It is so thin! if you have any EF sweaters in wool in this wonderful style, you will be sorely disappointed in what you find with these. I can see through them! I am not going to keep these. Both colors are beautiful colors, but paying that much money even at anniversary sale prices is not worth it. These will likely go on sale for much cheaper, as they are overpriced, even on “anniversary sale”
