Disappointed....
I never received the above item after a long wait maybe due to it stolen, mishandled. I reported the issue with an o line message to Nordstrom Rack and requested to investigate as to why and what happened because it was my first disappointment as a long time customer and I needed to know who was the culprit.

Where, what, and who.....
I was extremely disappointed with this order for my granddaughter because it never arrived on Nov 20th, the supposed delivery date per Nordstrom status order. Nordstrom.com indicated it was shipped to courier but when I went to shipper tracker page there was no indication. Where was it actually, what happened, and who was the culprit still remains a mystery which I hope Nordstrom will investigate. My thanks to Nordstrom for taking an initial step to my grievance by refunding the amount. Nordstrom knows customer care.

The middle stone came out of the ring no idea when I lost it or how it separated from the ring reached out to Effy and they reported that they don’t insure the major gem and it was my lost
