14K Rose Gold Pink Sapphire Heart Ring

I loved this ring at first but in about 3-4 months, the center stone fell out. Luckily, I found it and the ring was under warranty. I had to pay to ship it to Effy in New York and they sent it back after about 6-8 weeks repaired. However, less than a year later the center stone fell out... again! I only was wearing it to work and did take it off to sleep/shower/workout, etc. so it was not a case of excessive wear or anything. I am disappointed in the quality, especially after they took care (and a lot of time!) to fix it the first time.
