Soft 7 3.0 Slip-On Sneaker (Women)

Disappointed. I have purchased these slip-on sneakers before in black. Size 11. I ordered these because of the color. Sliver/black ish did look very nice. Material stiff and didn't bend, unlike previous purchases. Usually they run a little big but these were actually short. Ecco heel fits narrow and fists my narrow foot well. These ran wider in the back and my heel was coming out of the sneaker. These are not the quality as prior Ecco sneakers

I have three other pairs of this shoe and have loved them—they’re my go to closed shoes. I decided to get a new color, but when these ones arrived, they seemed like a cheaper knock off of the original shoes. They were stiff, rather than being soft and comfortable. That was my biggest disappointment. The size also runs big (both in length and width)—I size between 39 & 40 (8.5-9), and I have a pair of these in 39 that are a bit tight. I ordered the 40 and it was much too loose all around! Additionally, the coloring is more shiny silver than dark in person compared to the picture. But it was the quality that was disappointing. I need comfy shoes, and these used to be made so comfortable. But there was no comfort or softness this time. Definitely not worth the price anymore.
