Shape Mid Zip Bootie (Women)

I order those for my mom, she is true size 11-11.5 but she was not able to get them on - to tight, too small. I am a true size 10 and they fit me like a glove! Super comfortable but so be aware - they do run very small and narrow, so size up! To see their sizing I took my older pair that is size 10 and Ecco’s size 11.5 - and they are identical in length. Idk if this is factory defect but other than sizing they are perfect. Very soft. And one last note to mention - they don’t have leather lining inside - only bottom part, everything else is synthetic.

I was really excited to get these boots and really disappointed that they didn’t fit. I couldn’t even zip the up with the merino wool socks I like to wear with boots. I switched to some thin dress socks and was able to zip them, but then felt really tight still, especially across the forefoot. Also, on the right foot, something (maybe the insole?) was rubbing uncomfortably against the side of my foot. The shaft height and heel was perfect, and the leather seems high-quality. Maybe they’ll work for someone with narrower feet.
