Better than Zappos!
Ordered this same shoe from Zappos prior to catching this sale price. Zappos delivered shoes in a plastic bag...which, allowed the shoe box to get beat-up and shoes scuffed.
Ordered from Nordstrom Rack following day...$50 less. Shoes shipped within a large box & shoe box secured with rubber and to prevent moving around in transit. Shoes arrived same day as Zappos...in perfect condition.
These shoes are top-notch & comfortable. I used for formal setting. However, comfortable enough for all day wear. Not to mention...the price is right & a lot better than Zappos.

They are true to fit. but if you have a taller foot they are a little tight until they strectch in. Recommend not wearing them all day right off the bat. Give them a couple of days to really work in
