very disappointed
I have been a buyer and manufacturer for women’s wear for many years. Currently have 6 pairs of Ecco’s in my closet. Over the years, have been a good customer. The photo is great. When I tried to put then on it was a disaster. Leather is stiff and not flexible and the tounge bites into my ankle. Very uncomfortable to wear.

Sizing is off
They look BLACK online, but are actually DARK/NAVY BLUE. Also sizing is not accurate. I wear 9 1/2 in pretty much everything (sometimes 10) and these 9-9.5 are way too big. Will be returning.

disappointing
This is the second pair of Ecco’s I’ve bought. As other reviewers have pointed out, the fit is a little odd and the leather quite stiff. I guarantee if you put these on out of the box and go for a long walk, you’re coming back with some serious blisters.

Not like the Ecco's I've Ever Had
My guess is that this particular pair of Ecco shoes is made specifically for the discount world. I've worn many pair of Ecco shoes (mostly their golf shoes) and this particular pair doesn't have nearly the quality as the others. This pair would be a great value if it were like a normal pair of Ecco - but don't get your hopes up. This pair could have been made by any "value" brand shoe and is barely worth this price. I've lost a bit of faith in Ecco and maybe Nordstrom Rack and will stick to retail instead of online shopping since I wouldn't have settled for this shoe if held in my hands before purchase.

Not like the other ECCO products
This is not what I was expecting from ECCO. The tongue was rigid and cut into the front of my ankle. Love my other sneakers in similar styles, but would avoid this model.
