Cute, runs small

Very cute shoes, but they feel cheep and run very small an narrow. Size up 2 sizes. I was hoping, with the appearance of a sneaker, that these would have more support and comfort. They won't cut it for my plans as a tourist. I would keep these for casual nights out or sitting at a desk where a lot of walking isn't required, as they are stylish.
