I won't even size up and reorder the shaft is really stiff

Bought my usual size, could barely get my foot in. The boots are super stiff and run extremely small and narrow. Will be returning, definitely unwearable even if sizing up.

I’m not sure why my first review was removed, so I’ll say it again. I think the booties were really cute, but they’re running 1 to 1.5 sizes too small. And they’re not suede as advertised. I get so sick of companies charging leather prices for non leather products. I originally paid $99, and they showed an original price of $129.99 if my memory serves me correctly. They’re not worth the $99 being that they’re not suede! I never have to buy boots/booties larger than a size 11. I did once, but I can’t recall the brand. And I find that this is usually the case when they’re using the European size chart. It’s the same with Ecco brand. So I will continue to shy away from them going forward. I made an exception with these because I’d been looking for so long for a dark brown, preferably suede bootie. Needless to say, I had to return them.
