broke after two days

Bought this for Disney trip and after the second day, the strap was broken. Was able to shift the strap but it was awkward and uncomfortable.

good looks bad quality

Bought for a 2 week trip overseas. Didn’t last. The seams became undone. I wasn’t putting anything heavy.

Loved it but returned it.

I thought this was the bag I was looking for but found one more durable. Not that it isn't durable, but I planned on using it for vacations and storing my metal water bottle in it.

Not Durable

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. She initially loved the bag because it holds so much and it is convenient, but after a few weeks the strap broke. I see now that another customer had the same problem. I will try to get it fixed if possible.
