No. Just NO.
If you want these for yoga, you’re much better off with Zella’s high waisted luxe leggings. They were fine the first time I wore them, but each of the following 3 times they became successively more problematic. The fourth time, I literally had to adjust them after every set of poses. My weight has not changed. My body has not changed. The pants get worn ONLY for my yoga class and are hung dry. So no. Just no. Find something better.

Fitted and works for strength training
Wanted to provide a review as I bought two different sizes given the reviews to 'size up' because of how tight they are. These leggings act like a "compression" like leggings-that's why they are fitted. I am a medium and tried the large and noticed that the large are a little loose. I decided to go for a medium size (my original size). I have been researching a compression like fitting during intense strength training days. These work for me especially in my size that I usually wear. They will stay up and not loosen up. I recommend to purchase these if you need that type of compression.

Review Sizing - good leggings
These are good enough - but a size smaller would have worked for me in black. I see diverse experiences in reviews. I’m 5’5, 170 - quite curvy. I found the material to be extremely high-end. The details of pockets & tightening string are A+! Better than those from the other company😉
