shoe is just too tight to fix.
the shoe was labeled as a sneaker,and it was that, but the fit was more like a narrow so it did not loosen up even with a shoe sizer and the elastic band inside the shoe pulled too tight on the left and right sides of both feet. It has has elastic laces that are permanent so maybe if you had a size wide d width it would work as more comfortable-

TERRIBLE! Too tight no way they’re sized correctly
No wonder they were on sale. Until today I always had good luck ordering from Dr. Scholls but today ruined that impression. I didn’t realize until I went to research how to return these TWO pairs of below quality shoes that I realized they are non- returnable. Third are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever bought. Lesson learned. No more Dr. Scholls.

Perfect everything shoe!
Very comfortable shoes and easy to pop on and off with the stretch laces. I always wear size 12 so I ordered 12 but probably would get 11.5 next time. They look nice enough to wear at the office but you can wear with shorts and do yard work or go fishing with them or whatever you’re into
