Liked the shoe, but not the fit
If a person had a high arch or instep, these shoes may not work for them. I had to return the shoe due to the fact that I could get it on but could not get the zipper to zip up. I have both a high arch and high instep. I ordered a wide hoping that it would help with that issue, but it didn't

Her fit but no cushioning or support.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes were super cute and I love the material of the upper. The shoes as a whole seemed well made and it fit well. The problem was the insole. I was expecting cushioning and arch support, but when I put them on I felt none of that. I took the removable insoles out to try the shoes with my orthotics and noticed that the insoles were extremely thin and felt almost like the foam in a padded envelope. I wanted these shoes to be good because I would have loved them for work, but I know I couldn’t have worn them for a full day without any cushioning or support. If they redid the insoles I would try these again.
